My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Ever since I got a cute little aesthetic blender, I’ve been making smoothies every day. It’s actually become my favorite thing. Smoothies are literally so easy to make and can be super healthy for you. I am super excited to share some smoothie recipes with you to try for yourself. All are vegan, gluten free, and organic. GREEN DREAM SMOOTHIE

GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE ↴

-1 banana

-1 cup frozen mangoes

-3 handfuls of baby spinach

-1 scoop vegan vanilla protein (i love arbonne’s protein)

-handful of ice

-coconut water

this is my go-to green smoothie recipe! it tastes delicious & is super healthy too! 🌱

PRETTY IN PINK SMOOTHIE

-handful of strawberries

-1 banana

-spoonful of peanut/almond butter

-1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein (lmk if you want links)

- 1/3almond milk

-handful of ice

-added raspberries/strawberries on top for fun

this easy smoothie is super yummy but also helps me so much with sweet cravings. + who doesn't love a pretty pink drink? <3

ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE BLEND ↴

-1 1/2 cups frozen mix of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries

-1 banana

-1 scoop of vegan protein powder

-4 ice cubes

-organic coconut water

-chia seeds (optional)

-scoop out 1 whole papaya

-1 banana (fresh or frozen)
