Wellness Trends I Actually Love

As I’m sure we’ve all seen, “wellness” is very trendy right now- and it’s amazing. Practicing upgrading your health daily? I love it. And there are so many ways to do it! Let me tell you about some wellness trends I actually do & love/recommend.

  1. DRINKING GREENS

To be honest I used to think this was so dumb. Who wants to drink nasty green liquid? But the internet got me hooked. I kid you not I drink a green drink daily. Personally the “Arbonne Glow Drink” is my favorite but I’ve also heard good things about Bloom. I enjoy Arbonne’s because it tastes GOOD. Like actually really good, despite the gross dark green color. the blend of 36 fruits and veggies with antioxidants + phytonutrients is so beneficial to the immune system. They have helped boost my immune system so much, as well as helped with my gut issues. Highly recommend.

2. WAKING UP EARLY

You don’t have to join the 5am club in order to be a wellness girly, but waking up early in the morning sure does boost my serotonin like nothing else. Something about having more of your day, being more productive, and seeing that sunrise is so enjoyable to me. It’s actually proven that people who wake up earlier are generally happier people.

3. STRETCHING

Such a simple thing, and so beneficial. every morning (well, most mornings) I try to stretch. Some benefits of stretching include:

  • Decrease risk of injuries.

  • Helps joints move through their full range of motion.

  • Increases muscle blood flow.

  • Enables your muscles to work most effectively

  • Improves your ability to do daily activities.
